Elizabeth.ai 2026 Roadmap: From Facebook to Omnichannel

A transparent look at where Elizabeth.ai is headed in 2026 — from deeper Facebook features to Instagram DMs, WhatsApp Business, and TikTok Shop integration.

By Elizabeth.ai Team

Where We Are Today

Elizabeth.ai is being built with a focused mission: automate Facebook comment-to-order and Messenger DM ordering for Filipino micro-businesses. We are preparing to launch with a hybrid regex + AI parsing engine that understands Taglish natively.

Our launch feature set includes:

  • AI-powered order parsing (hybrid regex + 3-provider AI cascade)
  • Automatic Messenger DM confirmations
  • Real-time order dashboard
  • Inventory management with stock tracking
  • Customer CRM with suki recognition
  • Delivery tracking
  • Custom AI persona per merchant

The 2026 Vision: Omnichannel Filipino Commerce

Filipino sellers are not just on Facebook. They are on Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, and Viber. Many sellers manage 2-3 platforms simultaneously, each with its own message queue. Our vision for 2026 is to bring the same automation to every channel where Filipino sellers take orders.

Here is our roadmap, broken into phases.

Phase 1: Deeper Facebook Features (Q1-Q2 2026)

Before expanding to new channels, we are deepening our Facebook integration:

Facebook Live Selling Support

Live selling is massive in the Philippines. Sellers go live and customers order in real-time comments. We are building support for monitoring live video comments, parsing orders as they happen, and sending confirmations during the broadcast.

Facebook Shop Integration

For sellers who also list products on Facebook Shops, we are building a two-way sync: products added in Elizabeth.ai appear in your Facebook Shop, and orders from either channel flow into the same dashboard.

Advanced Analytics

We are expanding our analytics beyond order counts to include:

  • Customer acquisition and retention metrics
  • Product performance analysis
  • Peak ordering times
  • Conversion rates from comments to confirmed orders

All accessible from the merchant dashboard.

Phase 2: Instagram DMs (Q3 2026)

Instagram ordering is growing fast in the Philippines, especially for fashion, cosmetics, and lifestyle products. Sellers receive orders through DM replies to stories, comments on posts, and direct messages.

Our Instagram integration will:

  • Monitor comments and DMs on Instagram Business accounts
  • Use the same hybrid parser (product catalogs are shared across channels)
  • Send confirmation DMs through Instagram
  • Unify orders from Facebook and Instagram into one dashboard

The challenge here is Instagram's API limitations — DM access is more restricted than Messenger. We are working within Meta's platform guidelines to build a compliant integration.

Phase 3: WhatsApp Business (Q4 2026)

WhatsApp is the second most used messaging platform in the Philippines after Messenger. Many sellers already use WhatsApp for orders, especially for B2B and provincial customers.

Our WhatsApp integration targets:

  • WhatsApp Business API connection
  • Order parsing from WhatsApp messages (same hybrid engine)
  • Catalog sharing via WhatsApp
  • Payment confirmation workflows

Phase 4: TikTok Shop (2027 Planning)

TikTok Shop is rapidly gaining market share in the Philippines. While TikTok has its own commerce infrastructure, many sellers still handle custom orders through DMs. We are monitoring the TikTok Shop API and planning an integration that bridges TikTok's native commerce with our order management system.

The Omnichannel Dashboard

As we add channels, the merchant dashboard becomes the single source of truth. Regardless of where an order originates — Facebook comment, Messenger DM, Instagram DM, WhatsApp message — it appears in the same order queue with the same status tracking, inventory deductions, and customer CRM.

This is the real value proposition: sellers should not need to check four different apps. One dashboard, all channels, all orders.

What This Means for Pricing

Our commitment is to keep Elizabeth.ai affordable for micro-businesses. The Free tier will continue to include 100 orders per month across all connected channels. Pro pricing will remain competitive — we may introduce channel-specific add-ons, but the core automation will not become more expensive.

Open Roadmap Philosophy

We believe in building in public. This roadmap is a commitment, not a marketing promise. We will share progress updates, technical challenges, and honest timelines as we build each phase.

If you are a seller who uses multiple platforms, we want to hear from you. What channels matter most? What features are you missing? Your input directly shapes our priorities.
