Go to Dashboard → Inventory → Add Product. Enter the product name, price, description, and stock quantity. Products are immediately available for order parsing once saved.

How long does setup take?

Most merchants complete setup in under 5 minutes. Connect your Facebook page, add at least one product, and Elizabeth.ai will start processing orders automatically.

How does order parsing work?

Elizabeth.ai uses a two-step parsing system. First, a regex engine tries to extract the order (fast, zero AI cost, handles ~60% of orders). If it can't confidently parse the message, it falls back to our AI parser which handles complex or ambiguous Taglish messages.

What languages does Elizabeth.ai understand?

Elizabeth.ai is built for Taglish — the mix of Filipino (Tagalog) and English that most Filipino sellers and customers use. It handles common Filipino number words, abbreviations, and informal order phrasing.

What happens if the AI can't parse an order?

If confidence is too low, Elizabeth.ai will ask the customer to clarify — 'Paki-ulit po ang order mo para masiguradong tama' (or your configured persona's wording). The message is flagged in your dashboard for manual review.

Does it reply to comments and DMs?

Yes. Elizabeth.ai monitors both Facebook Page comments (on posts) and Messenger DMs. It replies to comments, then continues the order conversation in a private DM.

How does stock tracking work?

Inventory is deducted atomically when an order is confirmed. This prevents overselling — if two customers order the last item simultaneously, only one order goes through.

How do I set low stock alerts?

Go to Settings → Notifications tab. Set your red (critical) and yellow (warning) thresholds and turn on low-stock alerts. You'll receive email alerts when any product falls below these levels.

Can I update stock in bulk?

Currently, stock updates are per-product via the Inventory page. Bulk CSV import is on our roadmap.

Can I customize how Elizabeth replies?

Yes. Go to Settings → AI Persona tab to customize your bot’s name, personality, language style, emoji usage, greeting, and sign-off. Changes apply to all future messages.

What is the 24-hour Messenger window?

Meta policy allows sending messages to customers only within 24 hours of their last message. Elizabeth.ai handles this automatically — after 24 hours, it uses One-Time Notification (OTN) tokens for delivery updates only.

Elizabeth isn't replying to my page's comments

Check Settings → Facebook Integration to verify your page is connected and the webhook status shows 'Active'. If the page was recently reconnected, allow up to 5 minutes for webhooks to re-activate.

My Facebook Page got disconnected

Accepted Answer

Facebook tokens expire every 60 days. Elizabeth.ai auto-refreshes tokens, but if you changed your Facebook password or revoked app permissions, you'll need to reconnect in Settings → Facebook Integration.

Question 17

Orders are being missed

Accepted Answer

Ensure your product names in the catalog match how customers refer to them. Try adding common nicknames or abbreviations as product aliases. If orders are still missed, the AI fallback will flag them for manual review in your dashboard.
