Our Story

Built for Filipino sellers, by a Filipino builder.

Elizabeth.ai was born out of a frustration every small Filipino seller knows too well — the chaos of managing orders through Facebook comments and Messenger DMs.

The Problem We Lived

Millions of Filipino micro-entrepreneurs sell through Facebook every day. They wake up to hundreds of comments — "Pabili po ng isa!", "Available pa ba?", "2 pcs po size M" — and spend hours manually reading each one, tracking stock on a notepad, and sending DMs to confirm orders.

That's not a business. That's a second full-time job.

And when the seller finally replies, the customer has already bought from someone else. Or worse — the seller oversells stock they no longer have.

Our Mission

Elizabeth.ai exists to give every Filipino seller a tireless, intelligent assistant that reads every comment, captures every order, and replies to every customer — in Taglish, the way they actually speak.

We believe automation should be accessible to the sari-sari store owner, the homemade food seller, and the ukay-ukay reseller — not just enterprises with IT teams.

What We Stand For

Always On, Never Tired

Elizabeth replies to every comment and DM — day or night, during peak hours, even while you sleep. No more waking up to missed orders.

🔒

Privacy by Design

Your customer data is yours. Row-level security means no merchant ever sees another's data. We don't sell data, ever.

🇵🇭

Filipino-First

Built for Taglish from day one. Not a translation of a Western product — designed from scratch for how Filipinos actually communicate.

Where We're Going

We're starting with Facebook — because that's where millions of Filipino sellers already are. But our vision is broader: an AI commerce layer that works across every platform Filipino sellers use.

On the horizon: Instagram, WhatsApp, and TikTok Shop — so wherever your customers are, Elizabeth.ai is already there to take the order.

More channels. Smarter parsing. Deeper analytics. And always — tools that feel built for the Philippines, not adapted from somewhere else.
